Değerli Öğrencilerimiz,
Erasmus+ Öğrenim Hareketliliği 2023-2024 Güz Dönemi taslak başvuru sonuçları 12.04.2023 tarihinde koordinatörlüğümüz web sayfasında ilan edilmiş ve başvuran adaylara feragat etme, hibesiz başvuru ve sonuçlara itiraz etme hakkı tanınmıştı. Bu süreçte yapılan itiraz, feragat ve hibesiz öğrenci başvuruları AYBÜ Erasmus+ Komitesi tarafından değerlendirilmiş olup nihai değerlendirme sonuç listesine aşağıdaki bağlantıdan ulaşabilirsiniz. Başvurularınızı yaptığınız portal tüm Türkiye’deki Erasmus+ başvuruları için kullanılan ve yeni kullanılmaya başlanan merkezi bir başvuru sistemi olduğu için sistemde teknik aksaklıklar yaşanmaktadır. Bu sebeple sonuçlar konusunda ve ileride ortaya çıkabilecek uyumsuzluklarda resmi web sitemiz bağlayıcı olacaktır.
İlan metnimizde planlanan kontenjan sayısı 30 olarak ifade edilmesine rağmen gelen ek hibe neticesinde her fakülte/bölümün anlaşma, bölüm ve öğrenci sayısına göre bu sayıda bir güncelleme yapılmıştır. Fırsat eşitliği sağlanması adına da aynı fakülte/enstitü içerisinde bulunan farklı bölümlerden öğrenciler seçilerek toplam 41 öğrencimizin hareketlilikten hibeli olarak yararlanmasına karar verilmiştir.
Kontenjan dağılımı Erasmus+ kuralları, mevcut anlaşma ve bölüm sayılarına riayet edilerek, öncelikle fakülteler bazında, akabinde ise ilgili fakültelerin farklı bölümleri arasında en yüksek puanlı öğrencilerin hibelendirilmesi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Feragat eden toplamda 2 öğrencimizin yerine yedek statüsünde bulunan 2 öğrencimiz hibelendirilmiştir. 2 öğrencimizin de hareketliliğe hibesiz katılma dilekçesi kabul edilmiştir. Nihai listede asil statüsünde yer alan ancak feragat etmek isteyen öğrencilerin ve nihai listede yedek statüsünde olup hareketlilikten hibesiz olarak yararlanmak isteyen öğrencilerin 26 Nisan 2023 saat 23.55’e kadar imzalı dilekçelerini erasmus@ybu.edu.tr adresine göndermeleri gerekmektedir.
Nominasyon (Aday Gösterme) Süreci:Nominasyon, öğrencilerin yurt dışında öğrenim görmek üzere yerleştikleri üniversiteye AYBÜ Dış İlişkiler Koordinatörlüğü tarafından resmi olarak bildirilmesi sürecidir. Bu doğrultuda, sonuç açıklama listesinde Erasmus+ öğrencisi olarak seçilmiş olan hibeli ve hibesiz Erasmus+ öğrencileri tercih listelerinde öncelikle 1. sırada yer alan üniversiteye aday öğrenci olarak gösterilirler. Ancak anlaşmalı üniversiteler tarafından uygulanan kontenjan sınırlaması, akademik takvimin uyuşmaması ve benzeri sebepler nedeniyle öğrenciler tercih listelerinde yer alan diğer üniversitelere yerleştirilebilirler. Bir öğrenci, tercih listesinde yer alan üniversitelere kontenjan sınırlaması veya yukarıda belirtildiği gibi anlaşmalı üniversiteler tarafından uygulanan farklı kurallar gereği yerleştirilmez ise ve aday gösterilebileceği başka herhangi bir üniversite bulunmuyor ise öğrenci faaliyetten yararlanamaz. Ancak, öğrenci gelecekteki Erasmus+ başvurularında -10 puan uygulamasına tabi tutulmaz.
Hibesiz öğrencilerin yerleştirilmesi, hibeli öğrenciler yerleştirildikten sonra gerçekleşecektir.
Sonuç olarak bir kez daha hatırlatmak isteriz ki, hibeli ve hibesiz nihai yerleştirme sonuçları ilgili üniversitelere yapılacak olan aday gösterme/başvuru süreçlerinin tamamlanmasıyla kesinlik kazanacaktır. Hak kazanan öğrencilere bundan sonra tamamlamaları gereken işlemler ve hazırlamaları gereken belgeler düzenlenecek oryantasyon/bilgilendirme toplantısında anlatılacaktır. Toplantının günü, saati ve yeri web sitemizde ilan edilecektir.

Dear Students,
Erasmus+ Study Mobility for Studies 2023-2024 Fall Term draft application results were announced on our website on 12.04.2023 and the applicants were given the right to withdraw, apply without grant and object to the results. Objection, withdrawal and zero-grant petitions submitted during this process have been evaluated by the AYBU Erasmus+ Committee, and you can access the final results from the link below. Since the portal on which you submitted your application is a central application system that is used for all Erasmus+ applications in Türkiye and has just started to be used, there are technical problems in the system. For this reason, our official website will be binding on the results and in the future inconsistencies.
Initially, 30 students were planned to benefit from the mobility. This number has been increased due to an additional grant allocated for this mobility. In order to ensure equality of opportunity, students from different departments within the same faculty/institute were selected and as a result, 41 students are planned to benefit from the mobility.
The quota distribution was carried out in accordance with the Erasmus+ rules, existing agreements and the number of departments, firstly on the basis of faculties, and then among the different departments of the relevant faculties, by granting the students with the highest scores. In place of a total of 2 students who withdrew, 2 students in “yedek” status were granted. The petitions of 2 of our students to participate in the mobility as a zero-grant student were accepted. Students who are in “asil-hibeli/hibesiz” status in the final list but want to withdraw, and students who are in “yedek” status in the final list and want to benefit from the mobility as a zero-grant student, should send their signed petitions to erasmus@ybu.edu.tr by April 26th 2023 at 23.55 at the latest.
Nomination Process: Nomination is the process of formally informing the host universities about the granted and zero-grant students. Accordingly, granted and zero-grant Erasmus+ students are first nominated to the host universities (based on their university preference list). However, due to such reasons as quota limitations applied by the host universities, the conflict between academic calendars and nomination deadlines exerted by the host universities, students can be nominated to other host universities.
If a student cannot be placed in any of the schools in their preference list due to the reasons listed above, and there is no other university to which the student can be nominated, the student cannot benefit from the mobility. However, the student will not be subtracted 10 points in future Erasmus+ applications for this reason.
The placement of zero-grant students will take place after the granted students are placed. Once the nominations are finalized, an orientation meeting will be organized by us for the granted and zero-grant students regarding their mobility process. The day, time and place of the meeting will be announced on our website.
