“From University to Career: Preparing Before Graduation” Training Session Held.

As part of the “Career Management and Communication Techniques Training” organized in collaboration with Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University’s Center for Learning and Teaching, the General Directorate of Women’s Status under the Ministry of Family and Social Services, and the OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone, a presentation titled “From University to Career: Preparing Before Graduation.” The session covered topics such as the importance of starting career planning early, preparing for internships and application processes, personal branding, digital visibility, mentoring, networking, volunteering, student clubs, and entrepreneurship. Additionally, the session emphasized the core competencies the business world expects from young people, highlighting the importance of students preparing for their career journeys through small but conscious steps during their university years.
