A training session titled “Child Participation and Accountability in Civil Society at the Local Level” was held.

On October 6–7, 2025, our faculty members Assoc. Prof. Dr. K. Büşra Kaynak Ekici and Dr. H. Kübra Özkan Kunduracı participated in the “Training on Children’s Participation and Accountability in Civil Society at the Local Level,” organized as part of the ACAR (Accountability for Children, Advocacy for Rights) initiative, carried out in collaboration between the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality and UNICEF. H. Kübra Özkan Kunduracı participated in the training. The training addressed ways to increase children’s active participation in local decision-making processes and to strengthen the role of civil society organizations in these processes.
