Students from the Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University (AYBU) Sports Club achieved success in the Autumn Cup Show Jumping Competitions, organized in Ankara by the Turkish Equestrian Federation and hosted by the Başkent Equestrian Club.
Defne Turasan, coached by Instructors Ali Ekber Ün and Bahar Özsoy from the AYBU Health Services Vocational School Horsemanship and Coaching Program, won first and second places with her horse Charlett 21. AYBU Sports Club athletes also achieved significant success in the Equestrian Endurance Competition held in Eskişehir. Aytaç Uzun placed first with his horse Cengo, Fatih Söylemez placed second with his horse Alkız, and Ömer Ovalı placed fifth with his horse Çağatay.
