As part of the program, implemented in collaboration with Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University and İŞKUR, young people will gain both workforce experience and receive income support. University students will have the opportunity to work in fields that align with their interests and talents while continuing their education. Participants who can work a maximum of three days a week will receive a daily payment of 1,083 TL, while those who participate for 14 days will receive approximately 15,162 TL in income support. Short-term insurance premiums will be covered by the government.
The program will run from March 3 to June 27, 2025.

To apply for the program, candidates must be Turkish citizens, be at least 18 years of age, and have a household income of at least three minimum wages.
Application Process and Lottery
Applications will be accepted between February 13-17, 2025, at genclik.iskur.gov.tr. Applications can also be made through the İŞKUR Youth Platform, the İŞKUR Mobile Application, or the ALO 170 Hotline.
What are the Application and Participation Requirements for the İŞKUR Youth Program?
a) Be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,
b) Be registered with the institution,
c) Be over 18 years of age,
ç) Not receive an old-age or disability pension,
d) Not be an employee of the contractor or its affiliated, related, related, or subsidiary companies within one year prior to the program application date and until the actual program start date. (Part-time students not included.)
e) Not have been declared or considered insured under Article 4 of Law No. 5510 within one month prior to the application date. (Part-time students not included.)
f) Not having been declared or considered insured under Article 5 of Law No. 5510 as of the application date. (Part-time employees and students who have been dismissed must submit their applications to İŞKUR after February 15th. İŞKUR applications are accepted until February 17th.)
g) Meeting the household income requirement (not exceeding three times the net minimum wage).
ğ) Not being a beneficiary of active labor force or unemployment insurance programs offered by the institution. h) Being an associate, undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral student at the contractor university (not being an open or distance learning student, not having suspended and/or inactive registration).
