During the trip hosted by Deputy Mayor of Municipality of Etimesgut Tahsin Polat, with the participation of AYBU Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Çınar, information was given on Turkish History from past to the present by the guidance.
The students had the chance to getting to know The Gokturks, Seljukian and Ottoman Sultans, The Conquest of İstanbul, The War of Gallipoli, The War of Independence and etc. in the museum in which more than 200 sculptures, 7 compositions, 4 paintings, 8 Turkish inscriptions are exhibited.
During the trip that was held with the purpose of introducing Turkish History and Culture to international students, AYBU Ph.D. Students of History from Kazakhstan Akerke Babyrbek expressed his gratitude to getting to know Turkish history and art and he added that he will do his best to provide contribution to Turkish history. Similaly, AYBU Master Student of History from Iraq Waleed Samoo expressed his gratitude to getting to know Turkish leaders and Sultans, which attracted his attention.
The trip came to an end with the lunch service Yenimahalle District.
