“Turkey- Bangladesh Academic and Administrative Capacity Development Program” organized by Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University International Relations and Strategic Researches Institute (ULISA), AYBU Technology Transfer Office and Bangladesh Noakhali Science and Technology University was initiated at AYBU National Will Campus on 20th of June. With this program, it is aimed to develop vocational skills of participants of Bangladesh Noakhali Science and Technology University. The opening speeches of the program were delivered by Rector of Noakhali Science and Technology University Prof. Dr. Md. Didar-Ul-Alam, Dean of the university, Prof. Dr. Newaz Mohammed Bahadur and Director of ULISA Assoc. Dr. İbrahim Demir. The program continued with the presentation of AYBU Coordinator of International Relations Office Dr. Şemsettin Tabur. During his presentation, information was given on AYBU internationalization strategy and mobility programs carried out by the coordinatorship. The program continued with the presentation of AYBU Staff of Scientific Researches and Coordination Unit Sevda Akkaya delivered a presentation and experience share of AYBU international students Minhazul Abedin and Abdoulie Badjie. The first day of the program came to an end with a visit to National Library of the Presidency.
During the second day of “Turkey- Bangladesh Academic and Administrative Capacity Development Program”, Turkish Maarif Foundation was hosted. During the visit, introductory presentation was held by Head of Trustees Prof. Dr. Birol Akgün. After the negotiations with Embassador of Bangladesh in Ankara Mosud Mannan, the second day of the program came to an end with a visit to Mausoleum of Atatürk and the presentation of ULISA at AYBU Cinnah Campus.
During the last day of the program, AYBU Administrative Units such as Secretariat General, Directorate of Personnel Affairs, Directorate of Student Affairs presented introductory presentations at AYBU Esenboğa Campus. AYBU Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Arif Ankaralı, Dean of AYBU Faculty of Political Sciences Prof. Dr. Hakkı Odabaş also took part in the program. The program came to an end with the visit to Hippotherapy Centre that took place at AYBU Çubuk Campus.
