INCSOS VII KARABAKH International Congress on Social Sciences came to an end with a Visit to The City of Suşa
Turkish Parliamentary Speaker Prof. Dr. Mustafa Şentop, Azerbaijani Parliamentary Speaker Prof. Dr.
Sahibe Gafarova, Azerbaijan Minister of National Education Emin Amrullayev, Deputies of Council of
Higher Education of TURKEY (YÖK) Prof. Dr. Rahmi Er, Prof. Dr. M. İ. Safa Kapıcıoğlu, Deputy of
Tokat Lawyer Özlem Zengin, Rector of Azerbaijan Diplomacy Academy (ADA) Prof. Dr. Hafız
Paşayev, Rector of International Balkan University Prof. Dr. Mehmet Dursun Erdem, AYBU Rector
Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Aydınlı and many rectors from the universities in Turkey took part in the opening
program of the congress.
During his opening speech, Turkish Parliamentary Speaker Prof. Dr. Mustafa Şentop, who pointed out
the significance of academic collaboration, said that “We were apart for a long period. We need to take
steps to compensate for it without delay.”
On the second day of the congress that took place in Azerbaijan Diplomacy Academy (ADA),
negotiations were held between the Turkish and Azerbaijani committees and collaboration possibilities
between Turkish and Azerbaijani universities were discussed.
The closing program of INCSOS VII KARABAKH International Congress on Social Sciences was held
in the Susha the city that was released from the Armenian attack and came to a symbolic city. During
the program, a panel entitled “Miss for The History of Civilisation” was held. During the panel, Prof. Dr.
Rafael Hüseynov, Prof. Dr. İhsan Fazlıoğlu, Prof. Dr. Ömer Türker, Assistant Prof. Dr. Zehra Bilgin
took part in. After the closing program, the participants visited The City of Susha.
