The minister also pointed out that what is needed for law education is not learning by heart but a methodology and a gift for reasoning.

"Justice is the work of the legists"

The minister, who stated that it is possible for the student to deal with the campaigns carried out by those who are not aware of the file in some cases with high social sensibility when they start business life, continued as follows:

"We see that there are thousands of judges in Turkey who are not graduate of law, do not succeed in the examination to be a judge or do internship for being a judge. They are judging, execution, and give decision just like a court. Dear Colleagues, justice is the work of legists. Therefore, please do not execute with extreme prejudice. A judge must decide considering the evidences. It would be wrong to give decision on behalf of the judge.
