All students who will take the SENG401 – Graduation Project I course in the 2025–2026 academic year are required to submit their project topic proposals by July 1, 2025 at the latest.
Students may choose from the list of available projects provided in the attached document. In such cases, they must contact the faculty member responsible for the selected project and obtain their approval.
Alternatively, students may propose their own project ideas. In either case, they must reach an agreement with a project supervisor and receive approval.
Students who do not submit a project topic by the stated deadline will have a topic automatically assigned by the department, regardless of their individual preferences.
Students who have chosen their own project topic but have not yet confirmed a supervisor must contact one of the faculty members listed below as soon as possible to obtain their approval. Otherwise, a supervisor will be randomly assigned after July 1, 2025.

Students who have finalized both their project topic and supervisor must send an email with the relevant information to pelinnurcol@aybu.edu.tr. If a confirmation email is not received by the end of the day, students are advised to resend their message.
