Based on  “Intentional Reflective Dialogue” as the core methodology which was proposed by Kato and Mynard (2016), the Learning Advisor Education Program at AYBU  is conducted by the LAP Unit. At the end of a 3-module Advisor Education Program language instructors become well-equipped and certified Learning Advisors who are able to help learners become more effective, aware, and reflective language learners.
