Dear Students,
The Placement Exam will take place on September 16, 2021. Our students who will take the exam are placed in the relevant AYBUZEM class. The session information is as follows (given with AYBUZEM classes):
2021 FALL PLACEMENT GROUP1: 10:00 - 11:40 (30% or 100% English department students whose last names start with A-J)
2022 FALL PLACEMENT GROUP2: 12:30 - 14:10 (30% or 100% English department students whose last names start with K-Z)
2021 GÜZ YDDS: 15:00 - 16:40 (All 100% Turkish department students)
*** Please take the practice test before the exam.
*** Since YDMS-AGE details will be known after the Placement Exam, an announcement regarding YDMS-AGE will be made separately afterwards.
*** Unlike YDMS-AGE, invigilation will not be done in the Placement Exam. Therefore, only installing the SEB application and logging in with the SFL configuration file is sufficient.
*** (For YDMS-AGE) Students coming to the school are required to show the HES code at the entrance to the building.
Regarding your AYBUZEM accounts:
- AYBUZEM accounts of the newly registered students for the 2021-2022 Academic Year have been created and the passwords of those who have a valid e-mail address in OBS have been sent to their e-mail address.
- Those who do not have a valid e-mail account;
Username: student number.
Password: AybuTURKISHIDNUMBERFIRST6DIGITS* (Example password: Aybu998765* ).
There is no change in the passwords of the accounts of our students registered in the past terms. Do not forget to keep your OBS and AYBUZEM profiles up to date.
- Students who forget their passwords can request a new password using their e-mail addresses or student numbers from the forgot password link on AYBUZEM.
