Announcement of the Three-Course Graduation Examination for Associate and Undergraduate Programs – Spring Semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year

Three-Course Graduation Examination will be conducted according to the schedule and principles outlined below.

  1. Applications must be submitted to the relevant academic unit using the “Three-Course Graduation Examination Application Form” by the deadline specified in the schedule.
  2. Students who, except for internships and workplace professional training, have successfully completed all courses in their registered program up to the final semester/year in accordance with the provisions of the Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Associate and Undergraduate Education Regulations, with the exception of a maximum of three courses; who have fulfilled all program requirements; and who have a CGPA (AGNO) of 2.00 or above, shall be granted a one-time examination right for up to three failed courses that are included in the CGPA calculation, to be taken no later than the beginning of the following semester/year. For students of the Faculty of Medicine, this period extends until the Family Medicine/Internship Training period. The Faculty of Dentistry does not implement the Three-Course Graduation Examination.
  3. Failed courses are those for which the student has met the attendance requirement but did not pass.
  4. Students may not take the Three-Course Graduation Examination for courses with a DZ grade or for courses that have never been taken.
  5. Students whose CGPA falls below 2.00 despite not receiving FF or FD grades in their final semester/year may take the examination in up to three courses in which they received DD, DC, or CC grades during the last two semesters/years. They must exercise this examination right during the course registration week at the beginning of the following semester/year. No make-up examination will be offered for students who do not attend this examination.
  6. Students who fail these examinations must register for and retake the failed courses in the first semester in which the courses are offered.
  7. The grade received in this examination is valid and will be recorded on the student's transcript.
  8. The minimum passing letter grade is CC.
