The application period for mid-term admission to our University’s associate and undergraduate programs has been extended, and the final application deadline is March 31, 2026. Candidates who are eligible for registration (limited to the quotas announced in this guide, not exceeding one-third of our University’s international student admission quota from the previous year) will be issued a “Pre-Acceptance Letter” for the 2026–2027 academic year, and their registration at our University will take place between July 1–3, 2026.
Before starting your application, please carefully read the “International Student Pre-Acceptance Application Guide”, which contains all details, as well as the explanations regarding the completion of the online application form. For technical problems encountered in the application system or for any other questions, you may contact us by sending an email to admission@aybu.edu.tr.
Important Notes!
·If necessary, candidates may be contacted via the contact information (phone number, e-mail address) they provided in the application system. Therefore, it is important that this information is entered correctly and that candidates check their e-mail accounts frequently throughout the application process.
·If available, candidates are required to apply primarily using their Turkish Republic (T.R.) ID number or residence permit number.
·Candidates who apply with a high school diploma or a temporary graduation/status certificate must upload an additional document showing their high school graduation grade if this information is not included on the submitted document.
·In order for candidates to complete their application and be included in the evaluation process, they must, at the final step, check the box labeled “I have read and approve the above text” (shown in the image below) and complete their application by clicking the “Save” button.
·For applications that have undergone preliminary review and have been returned for corrections, candidates must make the necessary corrections and then check the same box again and click “Save” to resubmit their application.

·İhtiyaç olması halinde adaylarla başvuru sistemine yazdıkları iletişim bilgileri (telefon numarası, e-posta) üzerinden irtibata geçileceği için bu bilgilerin doğru girilmesi ve başvuru süreci boyunca e-posta hesaplarının sıklıkla kontrol edilmesi önem arz etmektedir.
·Adaylarımızın varsa öncelikli olarak T.C. kimlik veya ikamet numaralarıyla başvurmaları gerekmektedir.
·Lise diploması veya geçici mezuniyet/ durum belgesi ile başvuruda bulunan adayların bu belgelerinde lise mezuniyet notları bulunmuyorsa mezuniyet notunu gösterir belge yüklemeleri gerekmektedir.
·Adayların başvurusunu tamamlayıp değerlendirmeye girebilmeleri için son adımda aşağıda görüntüsü paylaşılan "Yukarıda yer alan metni okudum, onaylıyorum." kutucuğunu işaretleyip "Kaydet" butonuna basarak başvurusunu tamamlaması gerekmektedir.
·Ön incelemesi yapılıp varsa hataların düzeltilmesi için iade edilen başvurularda da adayların gerekli düzeltmeleri yapıp tekrar bu kutucuğu işaretleyerek başvurusunu kaydetmesi gerekmektedir.
· Üniversitemiz uluslararası öğrenci ön-kabul başvuru ücretinin yatırılacağı güncel banka hesap bilgileri aşağıda verilmiştir.
