Horizontal transfers to Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University are carried out in accordance with the “Regulation on the Principles of Transfer Between Associate and Undergraduate Programs in Higher Education Institutions, Double Major, Minor Programs, and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer” and the “Principles Regarding the Admission of Students to Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Associate/Undergraduate Programs Within the Scope of Inter-Institutional Horizontal Transfer.”

APPLICATION PROCESS
- Applications will be accepted online between January 21–23, 2026. Documents sent by post or courier will not be considered.
- Applications will not be evaluated in cases where documents are incomplete, there are discrepancies between the information declared in the online application and the submitted documents, required actions are not completed within the specified time, or the stated conditions are not met.
- Grade changes made after the application date will not be taken into account. After the application deadline, adding, changing, or correcting documents is strictly not accepted.
- Candidates are entitled to only one preference. Candidates who do not submit their application or complete their registration within the specified dates cannot claim any rights.
- Application results will be announced on January 29, 2026 on the website of the Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Student Affairs Department (https://www.aybu.edu.tr/oidb/). In addition, an information email will be sent from the university email system to the email address declared by the candidate during application.
NOTE: For academic units that do not specify special conditions in the quota table, the minimum requirements stated in the AYBÜ Horizontal Transfer Principles shall apply.

“Top Ten Percent Certificate” for candidates applying from evening education programs

Health Report for candidates applying to programs that require a report under special conditions
