2025–2026 Academic Year Summer School Announcement

Based on the decision of our University Senate, no summer school will be offered at our university for the 2025–2026 Academic Year. The steps to be followed by students who wish to take courses from other higher education institutions during the summer term are listed below. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the AYBU Summer School Education and Training Directive, the conditions for taking summer courses and the diploma programs of students eligible to take courses from other institutions are provided in the attached list.

Steps to Follow for Taking Courses During Summer School 

  1. Review the AYBU Summer School Education and Training Directive.
  2. If you meet the requirements specified in the directive, fill out the “Summer School Course Enrollment Form for Other Universities” and submit it to your Department Secretariat.
  3. If your request is approved by the Department/Division Chair and deemed appropriate by the relevant Vocational School/Conservatory/Faculty/Institute Administrative Board, you may register for summer school courses.
  4. Courses taken during the summer term without the approval of the Department/Division Chair and the Administrative Board will not be accepted, and the grades will be considered invalid.
  5. The approval, grade transfer, and adaptation of summer school courses are carried out in accordance with the AYBU Credit Transfer and Course Exemption Regulations.
