Dear Students,
Course registration will be conducted online via the Student Affairs Information System on the dates specified below. Students enrolled in the preparatory class are not required to register for courses. Accordingly:
- For associate/bachelor's programs (excluding the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Dentistry): January 23-24, 2025
During the dates mentioned, course registration for the Spring semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year will be carried out by students themselves by following the steps listed below. For information on course registration limits and ECTS credits, please refer to the relevant Regulations and Principles. Students who are required to pay the contribution fee/tuition fee must first complete their payment process before proceeding with course registration.

- Follow the tabs for Course and Semester Operations > Course Registration > Class Courses - Semester Courses - Curriculum Elective Courses to select and confirm your courses.
- Course registration approval requests will be reviewed and approved by the student's advisor through the Academic Information System.
- Students with missing or incorrect course registrations will be able to make the necessary corrections through their advisor during the course registration period.
- Students who do not complete their course registration will be considered as having not renewed their registration for the relevant semester. As a result, their attendance and exams will be deemed invalid, even if they attend classes and take exams.
