LexiQamus is an Ottoman Turkish linguistic analysis tool that aims to help researchers decipher difficult-to-read words in handwritten Ottoman documents.
It is a unique resource in terms of scope and features it offers, aiming to digitize all the dictionaries published in the Ottoman and early Republic periods with high academic sensitivity and meticulousness, aiming to serve the Ottoman Turkish language.
Lexiqamus;
1) decodes words,
2) finds the correct letters even if the letters are written incorrectly by the user,
3) provides access to the definitions of words in dictionaries,
4) It reveals meanings that even the authors are unaware of, even though they are in dictionaries,
