Antique prints and maps on this website have been collected over the years as a hobby from both Turkey and around the world. The collection consists of works collected from bazaars, book fairs, second-hand booksellers and auctions. These antique prints and maps were collected because sometimes they appeal to our eyes and our hearts, and sometimes we were not willing to let the next generations be deprived of these artistic beauties.
Our aim in establishing this website is to contribute to the awareness of engraving which has relatively low awareness in our country and is an art branch that brings and documents the past life, places and emotions to the present day. We are contributing to the awareness of engraving by creating a visual database to provide a comprehensive cultural service (library) to art-lovers, fine arts academics and students, and people and institutions who will use these materials professionally.
