The project aimed to develop an electrochemical lateral flow test system for detecting IgG/IgM and its application in commercial serum samples. The test system, which will provide IgM (a marker of recent infection) and IgG (indication of permanent immunity) analysis, can be very valuable in determining the actual contamination and case/mortality rates of COVID-19.
