“An Analysis of Philosophy Philosophized in the Tradition of Symbols and Warnings in terms of its Development and Originality” by AYBU Faculty Member of Faculty of Islamic Sciences Prof. Dr. Demirkol has been successfully completed

Marmara University Faculty Member Prof. Dr. Ömer Türker, Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University Faculty Member Assoc. Dr. Hasan Akkanat, Social Sciences University of Ankara Faculty Member Assoc. Dr. Muhammet Fatih Kılıç, Dicle University Faculty Member Assoc. Dr. Necmi Derin, Kastamonu University Faculty Member Assistant Professor Hakan Coşar, Former AYBU Faculty Member and Present Faculty Member of Ankara University Assoc. Dr. Necmettin Pehlivan contributed to the project whose project coordinator is Prof. Dr. Murat Demirkol. In addition, 4 master students of AYBU also took part in the project as a scholar.  

The project examined and 15 symbols of many symbols written on Avicenna’s book of philosophy entitled Symbols and Warnings considering the time and qualities and how philosophy developed in the world of Islam in the direction of these signs concerning some issues (such as existence, essence, obligation, possibility, causality, information, desire and reason) and determined whether they provided original contributions or not; if so what they are.
