AYBU Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Erol ARCAKLIOĞLU, paid a visit to Head of Higher Education Quality Council Prof.Dr. Muzaffer ELMAS at his office with academic and administrative staff of AYBU Directorate of Quality. During the visit, Prof. Dr. Muzaffer ELMAS gave information on Institutional Accreditation Program, the issues that need to be given importance on quality studies that have been carried out at AYBU and quality studies at national and international universities.
